If you are not satisfied with your REPLAY order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition that they were originally received, with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns made after 30 days are eligible for a Struck credit, minus a processing fee

Please send us an email at info@struckreplay.com, and we will send you a return authorization number. Please include your order number and the name associated with your order when you email.
Please include this return authorization number inside your package.
Please note the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Any incurred duties will be deducted from your original purchase amount or your merchandise credit.
