We accept used Struck clothing that functions properly and is in good condition. When you bring us your quality, used Struck gear we’ll give you a Replay Merchandise Credit towards any future purchase online.
We carefully inspect all items that are submitted to the [REPLAY]™ trade-in program. We repair anything that needs fixing, clean up the item, and resell it on our marketplace so that your old clothes can have a second life with someone else. If the products are too well used to be resold, we send it away for fabric recycling, keeping it out of landfills.
Yes, absolutely! If you're no longer using the item you purchased on Struck [REPLAY]™, and it still meets our trade-in standards, we’ll gladly buy it back. The only exception to this is Factory Seconds, which are not accepted in our trade-in program.
We want your used clothing, not your laundry. Please check your garments for damage (see our checklist below), check your pockets, and make sure your clothing is clean and freshly washed before trading them in. This makes it easier for our us to process your trade-in and get it back in play as quickly as possible! If your clothing doesn’t qualify for a trade in, we can always return it to you for free or recycle it so it stays out of the landfill. We are unable to accept items in the following conditions:
• Damaged: Items with heavy or excessive visible issues are ineligible. Examples include but are not limited to: - Holes in the fabric, broken zippers, material “pilling” or severe abrasion, heavy fading, or other unrepairable issues. - If an item shows heavy discoloration, or the color of the garment is severely sun faded it may not be eligible. • Excessive pet hair: We love our furry friends but please wash and try to remove hair/fur prior to trading in your garments. • Customized: Clothing that has been altered for a custom fit or have embroidery/corporate logos can’t be accepted.
** Please note: All items must have both the size and care tag with product details attached to be accepted. (The care tag is the sewn-in label with material and care instructions.)
When you bring us your quality, used Struck clothing we’ll give you credit that can be used in our online stores. If your clothing isn’t accepted to our program, we can return it to you for free or recycle it so it stays out of the landfill. There are few important steps to trade in by mail:
1. Inspect your gear and make sure that what you're sending us meets our acceptable standards. 2. Walk through the online process to make sure your items are functional for the next user. 3. Print the shipping label and ship us your clothing. We will deduct $7 from the credit that you receive for your items for shipping and handling. 4. We'll send you a credit for the items that meets the program requirements.
You'll have the option during the process to have any ineligible items sent back to you, free of charge. We request 7-10 business days to get your trade-in processed. Please know we process all trade-ins in the order we receive them - you’ll get an email confirmation once your trade-in has been assessed.
Here are trade-in value estimates to give you an idea of what your pieces might be worth. We assess trade-in items in three tiers. Your exact store credit will be determined after we receive and inspect each item individually. Like New (Barley used)– 25% of new retail value I’ve Seen some stuff (Well loved) – 17.5% of new retail value Beyond Repair - $20 credit Even if your clothing is not eligible for the Struck R[REPLAY]™ trade-in program, we will still offer you a $20 credit towards the purchase of anything at our online store. That way we can recycle your item to keep it out of landfills.
We try to process all trade-ins within 7 business days after we received your item. Once we’ve processed your trade-in, your credit will be issued immediately via email.
You have the option to get back any clothing we don’t accept for trade-in. Return shipping is always free. If your used Struck clothing is deemed ineligible but you don’t want it back, we’ll happily recycle it so it stays out of the landfill.
You can use your credit online: www.struckapparel.com. Please note this merchandise credit is not available to be used at our physical or online retailers.
If you are not satisfied with your [REPLAY]™ order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition that they were originally received, with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Returns made after 30 days are eligible for a Struck credit, minus a processing fee.
Please submit returns directly to Struck [REPLAY]™, not Struck Apparel. Send us an email at info@struckreplay.com, and we will send you a return authorization number. Please include this return authorization number inside your package.
Please include your order number and the name associated with your order when you email.
